Originally constructed in 2003, this East Delray Beach waterfront townhouse was completely renovated by LF Style Homes in 2014. The design team, led by P&H Interiors, took on the challenge of converting the originally Mediterranean design into a clean and contemporary one. The project involved a complete interior demolition and the construction of all new structural and mechanical systems. By blending contemporary materials such as porcelain and marble floors with warm wood tones, the result is truly spectacular. Adding the perfect finishing touch are the spectacular intracoastal water views from the marble patio and raised spa.
